D. Commission Disclosure Policy

Objective

This policy is prepared as per the SEBI Master Circular for Mutual Funds dated 20-Mar-2026 and the AMFI Master Circular for MFDs dated 14-Jan-2026, which require Mutual Fund Distributors to disclose the commission received from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) to investors at the point of sale and on their website.

How Commission Works

When you invest in a Regular Plan Mutual Fund scheme through W2D Finverse, the AMC pays us a trail commission. It is a percentage per annum of the assets you hold, paid by the AMC out of the scheme’s Base Expense Ratio (BER). It does not increase your investment cost; it is already reflected in the NAV. Direct Plans of the same scheme have a lower expense ratio because they carry no distributor commission. You may invest in Direct Plans directly with the AMC without distributor service since we do not offer Direct Plans.

Category-wise Trail Commission (Indicative Range, % p.a. on AUM)

Actual rates vary by AMC, scheme, AUM slab and investor location (T30 / B30).

PMS Distribution Fee

For Portfolio Management Services distributed under APRN01605, W2D Finverse receives a distribution fee from the Portfolio Manager as disclosed in the PMS Disclosure Document of each strategy: currently around 50% of management fee charged to the investor. We are the distributor, not the Portfolio Manager.

E. Scheme Information and Risk Disclosures

Scheme Information

Before investing in any Mutual Fund scheme, please read the scheme related documents: the Scheme Information Document (SID), the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) and the Key Information Memorandum (KIM). These documents describe the scheme’s objective, where it invests, its risks, its Riskometer and its expenses.

Scheme Offer Documents (SID / SAI / KIM): https://www.sebi.gov.in/filings/mutual-funds.html

The documents are also available on the website of the respective Asset Management Company (AMC) and on the AMFI website (https://www.amfiindia.com/). We also send the SID/KIM link and the latest factsheet to the customer with every recommendation.

When an AMC changes a fundamental attribute of a scheme, the AMC’s addendum is forwarded to the affected customers. Scheme performance may be checked on the AMFI website (https://www.amfiindia.com/net-asset-value) and on the website of the respective AMC. We share the investment status report with our customers and inform them of regulatory and operational changes that affect them.

Risk Disclosure

Investments in Mutual Fund schemes carry risk. Please understand the following before you invest.

  • Market risk, including loss of capital: The value of a scheme moves with the market. It can fall because of market volatility, force majeure events, or changes in the political and economic environment. Returns are not fixed, and you can lose a part of the money you invested.
  • Issuer default risk: A company or body whose securities the scheme holds may default on its payment or may become bankrupt or insolvent. In such a situation the AMC may segregate the affected portion of the portfolio (create a segregated portfolio), and the money in that portion is paid only as and when it is recovered.
  • Suspension of redemption: If a scheme faces a liquidity crisis, the AMC may suspend the redemption facility for the period permitted by the rules. During such a period you may not be able to take your money out.
  • New Fund Offer (NFO) risks: A new scheme has no track record. Investments in an NFO carry price volatility risk, liquidity risk and, for schemes listed on an exchange, delisting risk.
  • Winding up of a scheme: A scheme can be wound up if its instruments turn illiquid, if redemption requests are very high, or on account of unforeseen market events. On winding up, the money is returned as the scheme’s assets are sold, which can take time and may be at reduced values.
  • Past performance is not indicative of future returns: The Net Asset Value (NAV) of a scheme moves up and down with the market. No return is assured, guaranteed or indicated by us or by any Mutual Fund, and no illustration shown by us assumes a return above 12% per annum.
  • Match the risk with your risk profile: Every scheme carries a Riskometer showing its risk level. Check it against your own risk profile before investing. We explain these risks to every customer at the first investment and again at every additional investment.
